Parcels up to 5kg are shipped via Royal Mail, EVRI, Yodel 48h tracked service, or DPD, and Royal Mail next-day delivery for parcels above 5kg.

Orders placed before noon on a working day with Baltic Nectar will be packed and shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the following working day.

Return and Refund Policy

Ship Item Back: Pack the item securely, include the RA on the outside of the package, and send it via a trackable shipping service.

Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
5. Refunds

Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Timing: Expect your refund within 7–10 business days after approval (depending on your payment provider).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
