Shipping Policy

Shipping with Baltic Nectar

 

Order Processing Time: 1 business day.

 

Parcels up to 5kg are shipped via Royal Mail or EVRI 48h tracked service, or DPD next-day delivery for parcels above 5kg.

 

Orders placed before noon on a working day with Baltic Nectar will be packed and shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the following working day.

Order Tracking 

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your Baltic Nectar order is shipped.

Return Policy

At Baltic Nectar, we strive to provide the highest quality honey products to our customers. If your order arrives with a problem, please email us at info@balticnectar.co.uk or call us at +44 (0) 7517073155. Include your order number and details of the issue. If a return is necessary, the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when it arrived. Re-pack it carefully using the original packaging or a suitable alternative. We will supply you with a free label. Upon receiving the returned package, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Important: If your order from Baltic Nectar arrives damaged, safely dispose of any broken jars and glass immediately. Do not attempt to wash or clean the jars as there may be small chips that can cause injury.

Contact us at info@balticnectar.co.uk with details, including your order number and, if possible, attach pictures. These are helpful for improving our processes and for any claims we may make against the carrier. We will resolve the issue by either sending you a new product immediately or refunding your order in full.

Large Tubs Over 1kg

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on tins or tubs over 1kg. If your tub from Baltic Nectar arrives slightly damaged and leaking, we are happy to offer a partial refund for the amount of honey lost. We cannot replace whole tins or tubs unless more than 50% of the honey is lost. Please send us pictures so we can assess the damage and agree on the replacement.

 

General Returns Policy

If there is a problem with your Baltic Nectar honey and no seals have been broken and the product has not been opened (i.e., it must be in 'new' condition), you can return your honey to us up to 30 days after your order. We will process your refund within 2-4 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return (e.g., a proof of postage receipt from the post office). You will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s) as well as any original shipping fees paid. If returning part of a larger order, only a portion of the shipping fees may be refunded.

Please note we cannot issue refunds or replacements for honey that has crystallised. We indicate the state of each honey on our website—either runny or crystallised—based on the best of our knowledge, but this state can change quickly, especially in colder months. Crystallisation is a natural process and does not indicate a problem with the honey, so it is not covered by our returns policy.

Baltic Nectar reserves the right to apply and interpret this extended returns policy as it deems most appropriate.
