Presenting simple and healthy recipes featuring our raw honey and natural bee products. In this blog post, I want to present my own, nutritious recipe that blends the natural sweetness of honey with creamy yoghurt, bee pollen, seeds, nuts, and fresh fruits. This delightful combination not only tastes amazing but also offers a powerhouse of health benefits for you. Perfect for breakfast or a tasty snack!

We will begin with Raw Honey (60 g):
Raw Rapeseed/Dandelion Honey: This honey is perfect when you prefer a less sweet taste. Known for its pale flavour but dense texture, it's a subtle addition to your dishes.
Raw Wildflower Honey: My personal favourite, as this honey reminds me of the honey my grandfather used to get from her hive in his garden (classic taste and smell).
Raw Linden Honey: Adds a unique minty tone to your recipes.
Raw Buckwheat Honey: For honey enthusiasts who enjoy a sharper taste, this dark-coloured honey offers a strong flavour.

Natural Yoghurt (100 g):
Any natural or Greek yoghurt works well. Yoghurt is rich in probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that support gut health.

Bee Pollen (1 tbsp):
Packed with protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, bee pollen is a nutritional powerhouse. You can find high-quality bee pollen in our shop.
Seeds (1 tbsp):
Chia Seeds (1 tbsp): These tiny seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, and antioxidants.
Milled Flaxseed (1 tbsp): Flaxseeds are known for their high content of omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, and natural lingams, which have antioxidant properties.
Grounded Nuts:
Ground Almonds (1 tbsp): Almonds are a great source of healthy fats, protein, and vitamin E.
Desiccated Coconut (1 tbsp): Provides a good source of dietary fibre and healthy fats.

Fruit (200 g):
Any fruits of your choice will do. I prefer strawberries and blueberries, which are packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and fibre.

Preparation
In a bowl, add cut fruits.
Sprinkle bee pollen and seeds (chia and milled flaxseed) over the fruits.
Add grounded nuts (almonds and desiccated coconut) on top.
Spoon natural or Greek yoghurt over the mixture.
Drizzle with your preferred raw honey.
Sprinkle everything once more with a bit of bee pollen, seeds, and nuts.
Mix well and enjoy!
This simple yet delicious recipe is not only a treat for your taste buds but also a nutritional boost for your body.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Raw honey will undergo a crystallization process. If you prefer it in a runny form, simply place the whole jar in warm water. This method is safe to use, as the warm water temperature does not damage the natural honey enzymes.
