We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened

• It must be in the same condition as received

• It must be returned in its original packaging

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

Non-Acceptable Returns

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened or used products

• Honey that has crystallised

Please note that crystallisation is a natural process in raw honey and does not affect its quality, safety, or taste.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balticnectar.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, and we will guide you through the process.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Care & Storage

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place (0°C–20°C) with the lid tightly closed. Adults may enjoy 100–150 g daily. Suitable for children over three years old. If you have allergies or medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use.
