The result is a deep, rounded honey with a lingering finish that is both distinctive and satisfying.
Appearance & Texture
This honey ranges from deep amber to very dark brown, sometimes appearing almost black in the jar. It has a naturally smooth, dense consistency and a rich texture. Due to its honeydew content, Forest Honey typically crystallises more slowly than many blossom honeys, helping it retain its smooth character for longer.
