It’s normal for raw honey to crystallise over time, developing a creamy or grainy texture. Frosting may also appear as small white marks caused by trapped air bubbles. Once crystallised, honey becomes denser and lighter in colour, ranging from sunny yellow to creamy brown, like coffee with milk. Children over three years old can enjoy this natural treat by mixing it into tea, water, fruits, or porridge.
